L'Estaque is located 10 km from Marseille city centre. At the north-western limit of the city.
The house is situated up the Estaque's church, down
the beautiful house at the top of l'Estaque,
at the end of a stone viaduct, that is along railways.
It is facing south (hence offering a nice view of the whole
bay of Marseille, which is north-south oriented)

At l'Estaque, you can find 12 restaurants, 3 bakeries, 3 pharmacies, 4
groceries...
There is a market on saturday mornings. Fishes are sold every morning on
the port.
You have to taste "chichis" and "panisses", ...
There are nice little cafés, and a typical Provence atmosphere.
